A note about indexing

The journal has been conceived as a serious, scholarly publication whose scope and coverage; quality, originality, and importance of scientific content; and editorial policies and production standards will qualify it for inclusion in appropriate biomedical databases, notably MEDLINE. Applying for inclusion is a process; it is not possible to be indexed immediately. However, the editors intend to apply at the earliest opportunity, once an appropriate level of citable articles has been achieved, perhaps as early as the first year. If the journal attains indexing status within first three years of publication, all citable articles beginning with the first issue will be retroactively indexed.

In the meantime, the editors will seek inclusion in scholarly search engines, content aggregators, and online directories, including Google Scholar, Ulrichsweb Global Serials Directory, and the Directory of Open Access Journals, among other appropriate services. Updates will be posted on this website. We welcome your suggestions; send them to the Journal Manager.
